During the event ‘Help, I have a clock!’, you can drop by between 12:00 and 16:00 with your mechanical or electric clock and talk to a team of experts.

‘Help, I have a clock!’ – Bring your clock to Museum Zaanse Tijd

On Sunday, 22 June, Museum Zaanse Tijd is organising a special afternoon for anyone with an old clock at home and will answer your questions about the clock. During the event ‘Help, I have a clock!’, you can drop by between 12:00 and 16:00 with your mechanical or electric clock and talk to a team of experts.

Do you want to know how your clock works, whether it can be repaired, how you can obtain missing parts, or what its value is? Our clockmakers, an appraiser and museum experts are ready to answer your questions and tell you more about the history of your clock.

Visitors who bring a clock will receive free admission to the museum on this day. A great opportunity not only to get answers to your questions, but also to discover our extensive collection of timekeeping instruments.

You can register until Friday, 20 June, by sending an email to info@mnuurwerk.nl with your name and a clear photo of the clock you will be bringing.
